Delivery of goods and postage

Nutriscience-eu also delivers outside the territory of the Slovak Republic.

Prices include VAT. Packaging is free.


As soon as we receive your order, you will automatically be sent an email.

If you choose to pay online or cash on delivery, you can wait in your room for the shipment of goods, which we will inform you by e-mail. When choosing to pay by bank transfer outside of our payment gateway, we will wait for your payment to be received. The delivery time of your order may vary depending on the type of goods ordered, your delivery address and the method of delivery you have chosen. During sales and promotions, delivery may take longer than usual.

After receiving your order and the option of personal collection you have chosen, you will be sent an e-mail with information about when your order will be ready for collection. The address (Jánošíková 264, 01001 Žilina) for picking up the goods serves only as a dispensing point and the exact time of picking up the goods must be agreed upon by telephone + 421 902 669 635.  

 
Public holidays and non-working days
For orders placed 1 day before or on a public holiday or non-working day, the delivery time may be slightly extended. Therefore, expect a longer delivery time when placing an order during one of these dates 01.01.2019, 06.01.2019, 19.04.2019, 22.04.2019, 01.05.2019, 08.05.2019, 05.07.2019, 29.08.2019, 01.09.2019, 09/15/2019, 11/11/2019, 11/17/2019, 12/24/2019, 12/25/2019, 12/26/2019.

Due to the complex logistics of delivery to some remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order, which will be subject to additional rules and conditions (eg the rule of minimum order value). In case of order cancellation or problems with order processing, we will inform you immediately after finding out the problem.
