Delivery of goods and postage
Nutriscience-eu also delivers outside the territory of the Slovak Republic. The prices are listed including VAT. Packaging is free. As soon as we accept your order, you will be automatically sent an email. If you choose to pay online or cash on delivery, you can calmly wait for the dispatch of the goods, which we will inform you about by e-mail. If you choose to pay by bank transfer outside our payment gateway, we will wait for your payment to be received. The delivery time of your order may vary depending on the type of goods ordered, your delivery address and the delivery method you have chosen. During sales and promotions, delivery may take longer than usual.

You can also pick up the goods in person
After receiving your order and choosing the personal collection option, you will be sent an e-mail with information on when your order will be ready for collection. The address (Jánošíková 264, 01001 Žilina) serves only as a delivery point for picking up the goods, and the exact time of picking up the goods must be agreed upon by calling + 421 902 669 635.
Public holidays and non-working days For orders placed 1 day before or on a national holiday or non-working day, the delivery time may be slightly extended. Therefore, expect a longer delivery time when placing an order.
Due to the complex logistics of delivery to some remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order, which will be subject to additional rules and conditions (e.g. minimum order value rule). In case of order cancellation or problems with order processing, we will inform you immediately after discovering the problem.
