1. Purpose of processing personal data and granting consent to processing

The operator processes all personal data only for justified purposes, for a limited period of time and using maximum security. 

  • processing the order (legitimate interest): The operator processes your personal data in the scope of name, surname, title, delivery address, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address and IP address. These data are processed exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract concluded remotely and are necessary to complete your order in the operator's online store. We therefore do not ask for your consent to process this data.

  • registration and loyalty program: The operator processes your personal data in the scope of name, surname, title, login name and password, delivery address, billing address, telephone number and e-mail address. These data are processed for the purpose of using the loyalty program. You can give your consent to the processing of this data on the tab of the registration form in the relevant checkbox. If you want to use loyalty discounts, always shop only as a registered customer.

  • sending informational e-mails: The operator processes your personal data in the scope of name, surname and e-mail address. These data are processed for the purpose of sending informational e-mails. You can give your consent to the processing of this data on the tab of the registration form in the relevant checkbox.

​2. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

  • You can revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of the loyalty program at any time by sending a notification to info@nutriscience-eu.com

  • You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending informative e-mails at any time by removing the relevant checkbox after logging into your user account or by sending a notification to info@nutriscience-eu.com

3. Time of personal data processing The operator processes your personal data until you withdraw your consent, but for the longest duration of the limitation period of 10 years. In case of initiation of judicial, administrative or other proceedings, we process your personal data for the entire duration of such proceedings. The operator will delete or shred your personal data after the storage period has expired. If you send us your personal data for another purpose, this data will be deleted or shredded immediately.

 

4. Transmission of personal data

The operator processes your personal data in connection with the operation of the online store through the Wix service provider using the maximum level of security, which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system. The provider processes this data in electronic form in accordance with the GDPR regulation.

 

The operator provides your personal data in the scope of first name, last name, title, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address to transport companies for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract and transporting the goods. Transport companies process this data in accordance with the GDPR regulation.

The operator provides your personal data on tax documents in the scope of name, surname, title, delivery address, billing address, telephone number and e-mail address to the accounting firm, which accordingly processes them for the purpose of accounting.

The operator does not provide your personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization.

 

5. Monitoring of visited pages For the purpose of processing statistical data on the use of our offer in the online store www.nutriscience-eu.com and visited pages, the operator uses the Google Analytics service from Google, which is certified for the protection of personal data in the area of ​​monitoring web traffic in accordance with the GDPR regulation. During a visit to the online store www.nutriscience-eu.com, the following data is collected and evaluated by means of an embedded code, which is provided by your browser:

  • request (name of the required data file) (e.g.www.príklad.sk/index.html)

  • browser type and version (e.g. Opera 5.0)

  • browser language (e.g. Slovak)

  • screen resolution JavaScript activation

In order to create marketing and remarketing, we further process the data using the embedded javascript code of these certified external services: Google Adwords, Facebook.

 

6. Cookies In several places of the online store www.nutriscience-eu.com, the operator uses the so-called Cookies. They are small text files that are stored on your computer and the browser allows their storage. Cookies are not assigned to a specific person and do not contain any personal data. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. In the browser settings, you can determine whether cookies can be used or not. If you do not wish to be tracked, you can disable the use of cookies in your browser. The pages of the online store www.nutriscience-eu.com also contain links and integrated content from other websites. Therefore, cookies may be created during the use of our website, which are not subject to the operator's control. This is the case, for example, if the viewed website uses a tool for analysis or marketing automation from a third party (e.g. tools from Google, Facebook) or displays the content of third-party websites, e.g. YouTube. This results in the acceptance of cookies from these third-party services. The operator cannot have control over the storage or access to these cookies. 7. Rights and obligations of the person concerned Based on your request to the operator, you have the right to:

  • be informed and request access to your personal data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data §§ 21, 22, 23 of the Act;

  • raise an objection to the processing of your personal data § 27 of the Act;

  • on portability of personal data § 26 of the Act;

  • submit a proposal to initiate proceedings at the Slovak Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

 

In case of your dissatisfaction with the processing of personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
